NeuralClinic Ai was founded by Shaji Nair and Karthika Nair – parents of a non-verbal autistic teenager who lived through every gap this platform is built to close. Long waits. Fragmented care. Information scattered across specialists, schools, and therapists with no shared visibility. A system that moved too slowly for a child who needed support early.
That experience created a clear conviction: families should not wait months for clarity. Pediatricians deserve better tools. Schools need better systems. And children cannot afford to lose developmental time because the system is disconnected.
